Partner Area Terms
Source document: October 12, 2026 · English edition v39
These terms govern company registration and commercial access for DACABRA retailers and distributors. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. Registration and approval
Brazilian registration requires a valid CNPJ and accurate company and contact details. Select one profile: retailer or distributor. The same CNPJ cannot hold both profiles simultaneously. Distributors provide their territory and, if they have them, warehouse and fleet information.
Submission is a request for review. Approval depends on DACABRA’s assessment. Access requires approval, confirmation of contacts and password creation through the procedure provided. This website does not offer sales representative registration.
2. Information and secure access
Review the address returned by the CNPJ lookup and correct outdated information before submitting. Notify support of changes to contact details, address or profile. Anyone using the account must be authorised by the registered company.
The account belongs to the company’s registration. Protect your password, do not share password creation or recovery links, and report suspected unauthorised access. Use the password recovery or change features when necessary.
3. Page, catalogue and commercial profile
After login, the system directs the partner to the authorised profile’s page and provides its catalogue. Approval for one profile does not grant access to the other profile’s catalogue or conditions. Request profile changes through DACABRA using the existing registration.
Catalogues present products and commercial policies. The account’s price list corresponds to the authorised profile: BRL 28.32 per 80 g bar for retailers and BRL 19.99 for distributors, for the two current flavours. Check prices before submitting. If the catalogue and account differ, request clarification before confirming a purchase. Conditions actually offered and agreed must be respected.
4. Orders, payment and delivery
Orders are linked to the authorised profile and CNPJ. The displayed amount covers products; shipping, payment and delivery are agreed before commercial confirmation. Form submission is not proof of payment or delivery.
Current catalogues state minimum orders of ten 80 g bars for retailers and twenty for distributors, payment and shipping by agreement, and delivery within fifteen days of the order. Support must confirm these details and specific conditions in writing. Requests outside catalogue conditions must be adjusted with the partner before confirmation, without automatic charging.
“In-person sale with immediate delivery” records a handover agreed with DACABRA; it does not replace checking payment and products. Any conversion into cryptoassets must be confirmed before transfer.
5. Commercial relationship and materials
Registration approval does not establish territorial exclusivity, sales representation, employment or authority to assume obligations on DACABRA’s behalf. Such conditions require a specific agreement between the parties.
Materials support product assessment and resale. Do not alter trademarks or information misleadingly or advertise unauthorised conditions. Responsibility for information disclosed to the public must comply with applicable legislation.
6. Problems, cancellations and support
Send requests concerning corrections, cancellations, quantity discrepancies, damage or quality to comercial@dacabra.net. Resolution will consider the order, agreed conditions and applicable legislation. These terms do not exclude consumer rights where they apply to the actual relationship.
7. Suspension or termination of access
DACABRA may suspend access to protect an account, investigate misuse, correct information or when commercial authorisation is withdrawn. Partners may request closure through support. These actions do not remove obligations under confirmed orders or permit improper retention of payments. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy’s purposes and limitations.
8. Updates
Material changes will be communicated through registered channels or the access area. New conditions do not retrospectively change confirmed orders. This text does not replace specific commercial contracts between the parties.
International partner area
DACABRA reviews each application and sets the authorized product lines. After approval, it emails a confirmation link. After confirmation, a separate email provides a link to create or reset the password. Available materials match the registered language and business type. The international area does not accept online orders or payments. Request quotations and confirm availability, currency, validity, quantities, payment and delivery in writing directly with DACABRA. A replacement price list applies to future consultations and does not by itself change terms already agreed. If approval is withdrawn, access to materials is blocked. The provisions below concerning Brazilian real prices, CNPJ and Brazilian orders apply only to the domestic market.
