Purchase, Delivery and Returns Conditions

Source document: October 12, 2026 · English edition v39

These conditions describe consumer purchases on www.dacabra.net and DACABRA’s support. Commercial resale orders are also subject to the Partner Area Terms.

1. Products and information

Products, quantities and prices are shown in the order form. The current launch collection offers 80 g bars of 70% cacao chocolate with cupuaçu and 56% cacao milk chocolate with cupuaçu. Before consuming, check ingredients, allergens, expiry date and storage instructions on the label. Ask for clarification before purchase if in doubt.

2. Order submission and confirmation

The form records the order, and receipt is confirmed on screen and by email. DACABRA contacts you using the details provided to arrange purchase details. Receipt confirmation is not proof of payment.

Before payment, products, quantities, availability, price, shipping, total amount, payment method and delivery time will be supplied or confirmed. You may correct details before submitting and request corrections afterwards through support email. Offer conditions and consumer rights must be respected.

3. Prices, payment and shipping

The form’s displayed total covers products; any shipping charge is agreed and disclosed before confirmation and payment. Choosing a payment method does not automatically charge you. Payment instructions are provided through support.

For a cryptoasset payment option, the displayed conversion is an estimate. The exchange rate, amount and payment method must be confirmed before any transfer. We will not unilaterally change contracted conditions.

4. Delivery and in-person sales

Delivery timing and method are provided through support before purchase confirmation. Check your address and inform us of receiving restrictions. DACABRA follows up and must report and address delays or transport problems.

“In-person sale with immediate delivery” identifies a purchase whose handover was agreed with DACABRA. Selecting it does not confirm payment or itself guarantee delivery. Applicable rights depend on how and where the transaction actually occurred.

5. Withdrawal and cancellation

For online purchases and other situations covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, consumers may notify withdrawal within seven days of contracting or receiving the product, as applicable, under Article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code. Selecting in-person sale does not remove this right where applicable.

Email comercial@dacabra.net with the order and contact details. DACABRA will confirm receipt and explain returns, without return costs for statutory withdrawal, and full reimbursement including shipping, as required by law. No justification is required to exercise this right.

Do not return food without instructions: support will explain a suitable procedure. This guidance does not limit the notification deadline or make exercising the right subject to permission. For other cancellations, contact us to assess the situation and applicable rights.

6. Incorrect, damaged or problematic products

Notify DACABRA of products differing from your order, damaged packaging or apparently altered food. Identify the order, batch and expiry date where available. Photos may help assessment but are not required to make a complaint. If you suspect a product is unsuitable, do not consume it and follow support instructions.

Resolution will respect legal rights to replacement, reimbursement or other applicable remedies. Informal notification periods do not reduce statutory guarantees, and food products are not automatically excluded from liability.

7. Support and documentation

Support: comercial@dacabra.net. Use this channel for questions, corrections, complaints, cancellations and returns. We will acknowledge requests and respond within five days, without prejudice to specific legal deadlines.

Agreed conditions will be supplied in writing by email or message for consultation and retention. You can also print or save this page. Purchase data is processed under the Privacy Policy.

8. Rights preserved

Brazilian legislation and consumer rights apply. These conditions do not require waiver of rights, mandatory arbitration or a venue hindering access to justice. Future changes do not retrospectively change existing purchase conditions.
